Medical product Cytovag has a moisturizing, protective and softening effect, relieve itching, irritation, burning and dyspareunia caused by reduced or absent vaginal secretion. 2 types of hyaluronic acid (in the form of sodium hyaluronate) with different molecular weights in the composition of Cytovag have a protective, moisturizing and restorative effect on the mucous membrane of the vagina. Other ingredients of natural origin (tocopherol acetate, eugenol, 18-beta-glycyrrhetinic acid) have an antioxidant and soothing effect on the vaginal mucosa.
Vaginal suppositories are used to enhance restorative processes in atrophic and dystrophic changes of the vaginal mucosa, in re-epithelialization of the cervix and to prevent purulent-inflammatory processes in gynecology:
• for the treatment and prevention of atrophy of the vaginal mucosa, vaginitis and vaginosis;
• before and after invasive procedures, gynecological operations;
• to prevent vaginal dryness caused by deficiency estrogens, during menopause, menopause and the postpartum period;
• during chemotherapy and radiation therapy;
• in case of vaginal dryness caused by diabetes and/or stress.

Content
1 vaginal suppository contains: hyaluronic acid with a low molecular weight of 100-300 kDa (kDa) in the form of sodium hyaluronate – 2.5 mg (mg), hyaluronic acid with a high molecular weight >= 1.8 kDa (kDa) in the form of sodium hyaluronate – 2.5 mg (mg), tocopherol acetate – 5 mg (mg), eugenol in the form of clove essential oil (contains about 90% eugenol) – 5 mg (mg), 18-beta-glycyrrhetinic acid – 1 mg (mg) , base: suppository (C10-18 three glycerides) – up to 2000 mg (mg).

Contraindication
Do not use Cytovag vaginal suppositories:
With increased sensitivity to the constituent components;
On damaged mucous membranes;
Simultaneously with other vaginal means.
