Recommendations for use: Has complex action of ionized magnesium oxide monohydrate as part of a magnesium complex extracted from the minerals of the Dead Sea (Israel), passion flower, motherwort and a complex of B vitamins (B1, B6, B12). Helps to improve emotional state and balance the mood due to the combination of magnesium, passionflower and motherwort. Helps to facilitate falling asleep, increase the duration and quality of sleep, prevents sudden awakenings due to the content of melatonin, a natural substance responsible for normal sleep, and passionflower. Supports normal bone strength during menopause, thanks to the content of vitamin D3, magnesium and zinc, which contribute to the absorption of calcium from food.
