In order to ensure monitoring of the safety and efficacy of medicinal products, the applicant establishes, ensures and guarantees the functioning of the pharmacovigilance system at the enterprise, which is a prerequisite for the circulation of medicinal products on the territory of Ukraine and operates in accordance with international standards in the field of pharmacovigilance and current regulatory documents of Ukraine (Procedure for pharmacovigilance, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 26.12.2006 No. 898 as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 26.09.2016 No. 996).
Pharmacovigilance is a system of surveillance of medicinal products, which consists of identifying, collecting, evaluating, studying, and preventing the occurrence of adverse reactions, as well as any other issues related to the safety and efficacy of medicines.
